Client Projects and Deliverables
Project Ownership
Upon full payment for our services, clients will own the final deliverables provided by Evergreen Web Solutions, subject to the following conditions:
• Evergreen Web Solutions retains ownership of all preliminary designs and concepts not selected for final delivery
• Third-party materials (stock photos, plugins, themes, etc.) are subject to their respective licenses
• Evergreen Web Solutions retains the right to display and link to your project as part of our portfolio unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement provided to you. Unless otherwise specified:
• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon completion of the project before files or website launch • Ongoing services may be billed on a monthly or annual basis
• Late payments may incur additional fees
Project Timeline and Delivery
Project timelines will be established in the project proposal or agreement. Delays in providing feedback, content, or approvals may extend the project timeline. Evergreen Web Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by client inaction or third-party services.
Context-Aware Response Agents and AI Technology
Use of AI Technology
Our Context-Aware Response Agents and other AI technologies are designed to provide personalized responses and solutions based on the information provided. By using these services, you acknowledge that:
• AI responses are generated based on the information you provide
• The accuracy and relevance of responses depend on the quality of information
provided
• AI systems may not be perfect and may occasionally provide incorrect or
incomplete information
• Human review may be necessary for critical business decisions

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of our website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Governing Law
